Return & Refund Policy – Synootech

At Synootech, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. However, if you are not satisfied or wish to discontinue, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the project or campaign has started.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 working days of the project start date.
  • No refund will be issued if the project has been active for more than 3 working days or if a major portion of the work has already been delivered.

Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer) used during the transaction.
  • Processing time: Within 7 working days from approval of refund request.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at shailendra.syno@gmail.com with your order ID, payment details, and reason for refund. Our team will review your request and get back within 48 hours.
