1. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver our services as per the agreed terms. If you believe our services do not meet the agreed standards, please contact us within 7 days.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if:
- Services were not delivered as per the agreement.
- There was a significant delay in service delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The client terminates the agreement prematurely.
- The client fails to provide necessary information or access for service delivery.
